Norman Dong

As a Managing Director at FD Stonewater, Norman plays a leading role within our third-party advisory and principal development platforms with a primary focus on Federal Government transactions. As the former Commissioner for the United States General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Norman led the asset management, design, construction, leasing, building management, and disposal of nearly 374 million square feet of government-owned and leased space across all 50 states, six U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia. He has a distinguished history working in both the private sector and as a government executive.
Norm earned his B.A. in History at Yale University and later his MPP from Harvard University. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Real Property Association and the National Federal Development Association.
