FD Stonewater worked hand in hand with the local market broker to represent ownership in the renewal of two separate leases within the multi-tenanted building. Both ATF and IRS were renewed on a non-competitive basis for 10 years, 8 firm and 15 years, 10 firm, respectively. FD Stonewater worked closely with GSA and their broker to assist the tenant agency in modifying the leased space during a strategic short-term extension in order to accommodate the consolidation of other regional leased locations into their existing footprint within the building. This all but guaranteed a long-term renewal for ownership and allowed the tenant agency to meet their downsizing goals resulting in a true win-win for both the Government and ownership.
