GSA leased 100% of the client's two buildings in Boise, ID; however, asset value was hampered by two, non-firm 5-year renewal options. FD Stonewater was tasked with firming up the lease term and successfully did so by negotiating a creative Lease Amendment directly with GSA that exercised both renewal options for a 10 year firm period without the need for upfront capital costs.
